Lel Hurst

I’m Lel (it’s short for Lesley in case you were wondering), I live in Hove with my fabulous fiance and my gorgeous daughter, affectionately nicknamed Squidgey when she was born and the name has stayed.

I love to take pictures of people and I absolutely adore weddings. I enjoy seeing all those details that couples and their families and friends have put their time and love into as well as capturing the emotions of the day from Dad seeing his gorgeous daughter in her dress for the first time to that moment a Groom sees the Bride for the first time.

I also love to use my camera to make people feel amazing. I don’t believe anyone that says they aren’t photogenic, they just haven’t had the opportunity to have a truly fabulous image of them created yet.

I use the words awesome, beautiful, fantastic and “just one more shot…” far too much!

Things I need in my life include chocolate, ice-cream, cakes, cups of tea, the sound of rain, laughing, fast cars, super heroes and Star Wars, but I could really live without mushrooms or being cold.
